When it comes to losing weight and keeping it off, I usually fail every time, after a while. That’s why I wanted to read and review Lose It For The Last Time, 2nd Edition by Amy Newman Shapiro. Shapiro has the tried and true answers to keeping your weight off. There are so many tips and helps in this book, there is no way I could consume it all in one reading. I liked so many things in this book so I’ll just name a few. I like setting realistic goals that I can live with as well as fixing foods that I will eat. Shapiro teaches how to male small simple changes that will fit unto everyone’s lifestyle.

We hear so much about losing weight fast, it’s sometimes hard to comprehend going at it at a slow go. There is so much in this book it’s impossible to even hit on the high spots. But I will tell you, if losing weight is something you struggle with, I highly encourage you to check out this book and see what all of the excitemen is about at losing weight. I’m giving this one Five Stars!!

Amy Newman Shapiro RDN, CDN, RYT200 is a registered dietitian, nutritionist. She holds degrees in both psychology and nutrition and is a certified personal trainer and a certified yoga instructor. As a professional speaker Amy promotes wellness in corporate, clinical, and private settings. She also offers wellness coaching and integrative and functional nutrition in her private practice based in Long Island, New York, where she and her husband reside. This is her fourth book.
