MY THOUGHTS ON THIS BOOK

This cozy mystery was a fun read, but sometimes the characters were all over the place. I did enjoy the vivid description of New Mexico from the author, it  was fun to imagine being there with the characters. After twenty years at the Pecos monastery, Sister Eve was ask to leave and find another place to live. Much of the story goes back and forth as to what Sister Eve really wants to do, stay a Nun or solved mysteries. She was bold tampering with the evidence when she found the Dr. murdered. And I thought it a little weird that a nun would steal and withhold details she knew about the murder. I don’t know a lot about Nun’s, except for what I’ve read, but the sister sure didn’t act like any Nuns I have read about.

There was a lot going on in the story, and following Sister Eve, was confusing. But if you enjoy a cozy mystery, you will enjoy this one.
