MY THOUGHTS ON THIS BOOK

Cass and Luke had a difficult start from the beginning. As Cass comes home to Lake Miniagua with her teenage sister, she not sure how thing will go with her partner Luke. But one thing they both had in common is that neither of them wanted to fall in love. They both have a hurtful past that has injured them. But then they did have to work in the orchard that belonged to both of them. There was no way out of spending time together.

Cass and Luke’s story is a beautiful and heartwarming one. I enjoyed watching the two work closely together, attractions were noticeable, but they were so determined to not fall in love. I didn’t read the other books in this series, but I am glad Cass could get together with her friends and find the healing needs. Luke is a sweetheart and as he and Cass grew closer together they were able to let go of their past. I appreciate so much that this is a good clean, fun, and enjoyable book to read!
