There are so many truths in this book, and many of them are pretty simple things to do, but for me, I’ve just not thought of them the way Ms. Shepherd discusses these things in her book. Some of the techniques are neat, and can really help when you are so stressed out. I like the was Ms. Shepherd formatted to book to make it easier too read and understand, listing the different feeling and difficulties we may have. I highly recommend this book to all ladies, because lets face it ladies, we all face difficulties and stressful situations.
